Websites

Work out what your website actually needs.

Most people are sold either too little or far too much. Tell us what yours has to do, add only that, and see what it would take to build.

Ten of the eleven things you can put on this page are work we have already delivered and can show you running.

A starting point, not a quote We tell you if something is not worth building
Why this exists

Most website quotes are answering a question nobody asked.

You ask for a website and get back a price, without ever being asked what it has to do. So you either pay for a shop you will never open, or you get five pages that cannot take a booking.

Start from the job instead. Say what it needs to do, add only that, and see the shape of it before anyone quotes you.

Before you start

Design your website, one step at a time.

This is a website outline — not a quote, and not a contact form. You say what the site has to do, add only what it needs, and see the shape of it before deciding whether to send it to us.

About three minutes. Each step opens once the one before it is answered, so you always know what you are being asked for. Nothing asks for your contact details until the last step.

Not ready for that? See what we build, or book a call and describe it in your own words instead.

You are working through the outline beside this panel. Each step opens as you finish the one before it — and you can come back up here at any point to see where you are.

01 · Your site

Start with what it has to do.

Four quick answers. Nothing here asks for your contact details — that comes at the end, once you can see what you have designed.

What is the site mainly for?

Pick whichever is closest. It changes what we suggest, not what you are allowed to choose.

Roughly how many pages?

A guess is fine. Most small business sites land between five and ten.

6 pages

What do you have today?

Choose as many as apply.

Is there one thing it absolutely must do?

Optional, and the most useful box on this page. Plain language is perfect.

02 · Always included

Four things, in every site we build.

These are not options and they are not extras on a quote. A site without any one of them is not finished.

Next Add what your site needs
Built from real work

These are not features from a brochure.

Rosalyn's and Liwonde Sun Hotel both run sites we built — live availability, real bookings, and an admin area their teams edit themselves. Almost everything on this page is drawn from work like that.

03 · Your additions

Now add only what it needs.

Select one and it will explain what it does for you, how it works, and what it connects to. Select nothing and you still have a complete, working website.

Worth knowing This is a deliberately short list. Almost everything on it is something we have built before and can show you running — that is the point. If what you need is not here, the last card is where it goes, and we will scope it honestly rather than pretend it is a box to tick.

What you have put together.

Four things every site we build includes, nothing added yet.

05 · How it works

One visitor, from finding you to getting in touch.

This changes as you change your site. It only ever describes what you have actually selected.

    How it works together

This is a starting point, not a quote or a fixed scope. We will look at what you actually need and come back with what we would build — including telling you if part of this is not worth paying for.

        Let's talk about your site.

You've designed the starting point. Tell us where to send it and we will come back with what we would actually build, in what order, and what it would take.

        • Your whole outline comes with the message — no repeating yourself
        • A real conversation about your business, not a sales sequence
        • An honest answer, including when something is not worth building
        01 You

        Where we send your outline.

        02 Your business

So we know who we are talking about.

        03 Anything else

Optional. Your outline is already attached.

A conversation, not a commitment. Nothing is priced or scheduled until we have spoken.
